On April 6, 1995 Keifer R. Bradshaw received his calling to preach at Erwin Temple Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Cooleemee, North Carolina. After being a licensed preacher in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church for some time, Keifer received his ordination on July 5, 2001 at Hanes Memorial Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Nichole received her calling to preach the Word of God in 2001 and both Keifer and Nichole had the opportunity to grow and transform into vessels that could be used fully by God.

In January 2002 Keifer and Nichole received their assignment from God to begin a ministry online called FaithZone Ministries. January 2003 Keifer and Nichole Bradshaw received their assignment from God to start FaithZone Outreach Ministries. April 4, 2003 FaithZone Outreach held its first service at 8:00am at 1531 McConnell Road. On October 2004 God blessed FaithZone Outreach Ministries with their first building located at 2110-B Cheshire Way, Greensboro, North Carolina.

On January 2006 God expanded the ministry westward as it had been prophesied to Pastor Bradshaw. The Lord brought Keifer and Nichole back to Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Pastor Bradshaw accepted leadership of a remnant of people. During transitions this very small but powerful ministry became The Messiah’s House Worship Center. After struggling, wrestling, and finally coming out with their hands lifted in victory they became NewLife Outreach Ministries!

As both FaithZone and NewLife Outreach Ministries continued to grow and feed on the Word of God, they became one church two locations. As they continued to find new ways of growing the ministry, FaithZone changed their name to FaithZone Christian Fellowship, Inc. Upon the appointment of God, on May 2008 after praying and fasting Pastor Keifer Bradshaw made an executive decision to merge both FaithZone Christian Fellowhip and NewLife Outreach Ministries. Today NewLife celebrates being one church in one location on one accord. Today both Pastor Keifer and Lady Nichole strive to empower God’s people to be Kingdom builders and world changers through education, exaltation, and excellence through the Word of God.

Our Doctrinal Statement

The following are the doctrinal statements, which each member of FAITHZONE CHIRSTIAN FELLOWSHIP, INC. shall believe and support:

THE BIBLE

We believe the Scripture, all 66 books of the combined Old and New Testaments, is verbally inspired by God. We believe that the Bible is inerrant in the original writings, and it is the Christian’s final authority in faith and conduct. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)

GOD

We believe that there is only one true, living sovereign, holy, and eternally existent God. God is infinitely perfect and He exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The triune God is the creator and sustainer of all things, the source of all truth, and is worthy of worship, confidence, and obedience. (Deuteronomy 6:4-5; Genesis 1:31)

THE PERSON AND WORD OF CHRIST

We believe, by the miracle of the virgin birth—that the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. We believe that He became man without ceasing to be God, to reveal God and to redeem humanity from sin. We believe that Christ died for the sins of all people as a substitution nary sacrifice. We believe that He arose bodily from the dead for our justification. Finally, we believe that He is now exalted at the right hand of God as Head of the Ministry. Christ is Lord of the individual believer, fulfilling His ministry as our Great High Priest and Advocate. (John 1:1-3, 14; Matthew 1:18-25; Philippians 2:5-9; Colossians 1:15; 1 Corinthians 15:1-8; Acts 1:11)

THE MINISTRY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that He convicts the world of sin and regenerates the believing sinner, baptizing him into the Ministry (which is the Body of Christ). We believe that He indwells guides, instructs, and empowers believers for godly living and service. We believe that God gives all believers at least one spiritual gift so we can use this gift for the strength and outreach of the Ministry. (John 14:16-19; 16:7-15; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; Romans 8:9, 11; Titus 3:5)

SALVATION

We believe that salvation is God’s free gift. Salvation is neither merited nor secured in part or in whole by any human virtue, work, ceremony, or effort. We receive God’s gift only through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. In Christ, all true believers have—as a present possession—eternal life, perfect righteousness, and sonship in God’s family. Christians also enjoy every spiritual resource needed for life and godliness, and have the divine guarantee that they shall never perish. God has delivered Christians from all condemnation, and we have eternal security in Christ. (Ephesians 2:8-10; 2 Corinthians 5:21)

HUMANITY (male/female)

We believe that God created humanity in His image. But humanity sinned, incurring not only physical death, but also spiritual death (separation from God, which all people inherit from Adam). We believe that humanity is subject to Satan’s power; and that humanity, within her/him, has no means of recovery or salvation. (Genesis 1:17, 31)

THE MINISTRY

We believe that the true Ministry is composed of all who have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit, through saving faith in Jesus Christ. We also believe that those who are thus members of the true Ministry are eligible for membership in the local Ministry. (Matthew 16:18; 1 Corinthians 12:12-14; Hebrews 10:25)

THE BLESSED HOPE

We believe in the personal, imminent and premillennial coming of our Lord. First, He will come to receive His own to Himself; later, He will set up His earthly kingdom and reign over redeemed Israel. At that time Christ will also reign over all nations, bringing peace and blessing to the world. We believe that this blessed hope has a vital bearing on our personal lives and service. (Titus 2:13)

THE CHRISTIAN'S WALK

We believe that God calls us—with a holy calling—to walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. God wants us to live in the power of His indwelling Holy Spirit, so we will not fulfill the lusts of our physical bodies. We believe that the fallen, Adamic nature of the flesh cannot be eradicated in this life. Therefore, keeping ourselves constantly in subjection to Christ, we must allow God’s Holy Spirit to live through us in a daily “walk” of faith. Otherwise, the flesh will certainly demonstrate its presence in our lives, to the Lord’s dishonor. It is the responsibility and privilege of every Christian to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ and to seek and to make growing disciples. (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8)

THE ETERNAL STATE

We believe that the souls of those who have trusted the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation immediately pass into His presence at death. There they remain in conscious bliss until the resurrection of our bodies at Christ's coming for His Ministry. Then, with our souls reunited with our glorified bodies, we will live with Him forever in glory. We believe that God will punish unbelievers with everlasting separation from His presence, His glory, and His power. (John 3:16; 2:25; Romans 6:23; Revelation 20:15)

SATAN

We believe that Satan is a person, a fallen angel, the author of the fall of man, and the god of this age. However, we also believe that he is the Christian’s defeated enemy. His destiny is eternal punishment. (Job 1:6-12; Mark 8:32)

SIN

We believe that Adam, the first man, sinned by disobedience. This act resulted in the fall of all humanity. Therefore, all people have sinned and lost their ability to live for the glory of God. Humanity's fall has incurred both physical and spiritual death on all until there is forgiveness and salvation by the grace of God. (Genesis 3:1-24; Romans 3:10-23; 5:12-21; 6:23)

THE CHRISTIAN HOME

In addition to these important beliefs, we also believe that God has given the parents the responsibility to bring up their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4; Proverbs 22:6). We believe that a consistent and whole education will occur when home, Ministry, and school work closely together and are in agreement on the basis concepts of life.

MARRIAGE

We believe that marriage is the union of a man and a woman as husband and wife, which becomes the foundation for a home and family (Gen. 1:27, Matt. 19:4-6). Marriage is a sacred institution established by God for the primary purpose of bringing Him glory. It's main purpose is not, as some think, to procreate, or to have companionship, or to fulfill sexual needs. No. It's primary purpose is to bring glory and honor to God. It is only in marriage that we are able to carry out the commission of God to replenish the earth and to subdue it. This commission by God can only be properly accomplished in marriage where the husband and wife in faithful, covenantal relationship purpose to glorify God by having children, raising them in a godly fashion, and sending them out into the world having trained them in the ways of the Lord. This is what marriage is for. It is outward focused (for God's glory), not inward centered (for our comfort).

BAPTISM AND LORD'S SUPPER

Jesus instructed His followers to remember His death and resurrection. He gave the Ministry two visible symbols (called "ordinances") as reminders. These two ordinances are baptism and the Lord's Supper. Baptism by immersion is a one-time act of obedience and identification with Jesus as Lord. It serves as an outward sign of conscious confession of repentance and faith. The Lord's Supper is an ongoing symbol remembering our Lord's death, burial, resurrection, and promised return. Each person must decide whether or not to be baptized or to participate in the Lord's Supper. Regardless, we do not regard anyone’s participation in these practices as a means of salvation. (Matthew 28:18-20; Matthew 26: 26-29; 1 Corinthians 11:23-32)

God’s Plan of Salvation

1 John 5:11-12 And the witness is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.
This passage tells us that God has given us eternal life and this life is in His Son, Jesus Christ. In other words, the way to possess eternal life is to possess God’s Son. The question is, how can a person have the Son of God?

Man’s Problem

Separation From God
Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, And your sins have hidden His face from you, so that He does not hear.
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

According to Romans 5:8, God demonstrated His love for us through the death of His Son. Why did Christ have to die for us? Because Scripture declares all men to be sinful. To “sin” means to miss the mark. The Bible declares “all have sinned and fall short of the glory (the perfect holiness) of God” (Rom. 3:23). In other words, our sin separates us from God who is perfect holiness (righteousness and justice) and God must therefore judge sinful man.

Habakkuk 1:13a Thine eyes are too pure to approve evil, And Thou canst not look on wickedness with favor.

The Futility of Our Works

Scripture also teaches that no amount of human goodness, human works, human morality, or religious activity can gain acceptance with God or get anyone into heaven. The moral man, the religious man, and the immoral and non-religious are all in the same boat. They all fall short of God’s perfect righteousness. After discussing the immoral man, the moral man, and the religious man in Romans 1:18-3:8, the Apostle Paul declares that both Jews and Greeks are under sin, that “there is none righteous, not even one” (Rom. 3:9-10). Added to this are the declarations of the following verses of Scripture:

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of works, that no one should boast.

Titus 3:5-7 He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 that being justified by His grace we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

Romans 4:1-5 What then shall we say that Abraham, our forefather according to the flesh, has found? 2 For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about; but not before God. 3 For what does the Scripture say? “And Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness.” 4 Now to the one who works, his wage is not reckoned as a favor, but as what is due. 5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is reckoned as righteousness,

No amount of human goodness is as good as God. God is perfect righteousness. Because of this, Habakkuk 1:13 tells us God cannot have fellowship with anyone who does not have perfect righteousness. In order to be accepted by God, we must be as good as God is. Before God, we all stand naked, helpless, and hopeless in ourselves. No amount of good living will get us to heaven or give us eternal life. What then is the solution?

God’s Solution

God is not only perfect holiness (whose holy character we can never attain to on our own or by our works of righteousness) but He is also perfect love and full of grace and mercy. Because of His love and grace, He has not left us without hope and a solution.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

This is the good news of the Bible, the message of the gospel. It’s the message of the gift of God’s own Son who became man (the God-man), lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sin, and was raised from the grave proving both the fact He is God’s Son and the value of His death for us as our substitute.

Romans 1:4 who was declared the Son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Spirit of holiness, Jesus Christ our Lord,

Romans 4:25 He who was delivered up because of our transgressions, and was raised because of our justification.

2 Corinthians 5:21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, in order that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit;

How Do We Receive God’s Son?

Because of what Jesus Christ accomplished for us on the cross, the Bible states “He that has the Son has life.” We can receive the Son, Jesus Christ, as our Savior by personal faith, by trusting in the person of Christ and His death for our sins.

John 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, {even} to those who believe in His name.

John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

This means we must each come to God the same way: (1) as a sinner who recognizes his

sinfulness, (2) realizes no human works can result in salvation, and (3) relies totally on Christ alone by faith alone for our salvation.

If you would like to receive and trust Christ as your personal Savior, you may want to express your faith in Christ by a simple prayer acknowledging your sinfulness, accepting His forgiveness and putting your faith in Christ for your salvation.

The FaithConnection Assembly, Inc.

FOUNDERS

The Faith Connection Assembly (FCA) is a fellowship of Christian churches. This organization was established in 2008 in response to a large number of "independent" churches that lack structure, legitimacy, and organizational association. There are many churches today that are not affiliated with a fellowship, reformation, or denomination due to many different reasons. Some of these reasons include:

1. Overbearing financial requirements
2. Lack of organizational integrity
3. Loss of functional independence

It is the intent of The FaithConnection Assembly to bring unity, fellowship and camaraderie to churches which will provide the wherewithal to function in the Body of Christ and serve God with purpose and excellence.

The FaithConnection Assembly is a legally recognized, non-profit corporation. FCA is designed to be a non-denominational, multi-racial organization that holds fast to the fundementals of the Christian doctrine of salvation and "Kingdom" principles of worshipping God in spirit and in truth.

Planting
FCA is charged with the mission of establishing and planting churches and outreach ministries for the purpose of making disciples of Christ Jesus and empowering them by God's Word.

Equipping
FCA also has the charge to equip ministries and leaders with the necessary tools needed to function in the vacation and purpose in which they are called and designed to function.

Development
FCA functions in the area of ministry and ministry leader development. Initial ministry and leadership training, along with ongoing training is made available for all levels of ministry workers in the network of affiliates churches.

Fundamental Christian Beliefs

* We believe in the Triune God – manifested in three persons; Almighty Father, Divine Son and Holy Ghost. (Genesis 1:1, John 5:7, John 1:1, 4:24, Matthew 10:20, II Corinthians 3:17-18).

* We believe in the personal, visible, imminent return of Jesus Christ both for His Saints and with His Saints in reign to victory. (I Thessalonians 4:13-18, Corinthians 15:50-55, Revelation 19:19-20, 20:1-6).

* We believe in the authority of the believer over the enemy satan in the areas of deliverance, healing and holiness. (Ephesians 1:20-23, 6:10-7).

* We believe in the autonomy of the local church as an independent entity with regard to matters of government, polity operation and discipline. (I Corinthians 5:5, II Thessalonians 3:6, 14-15, Acts 11:22, Titus 1:5).

Gospel Stage Play: Sometimes There’s a Thin Line between a Saint and a Sinner

Simply Ministry is the name given to the Performing Arts Ministry; we believe there is opportunity for ministering to people through performing arts. Simply Ministry is comprised of men and women of God who enjoy expressing their adorations for Christ through song, dance and acting. This ministry believes in “Simply Ministering” the Word of God by using their God given gifts and talents not solely for entertainment but MINISTRY.

This Ministry is available for all age groups, there is something for everyone as long as you are prepared to think ministry outside the walls of the “traditional” box. We look forward to “Simply Ministering” to you.

     

Health and Wellness Fair

We Care Outreach & Evangelism is an extension of NewLife. This group of health conscious spirit filled people are motivated to improve our communities by offering health fairs, blood drives, monthly blood pressure checks, back to school fairs and any other forum that will bring information and supplies to the surrounding community to help empower the men, women and children of God to stay healthy, or get healthy.

They also use every opportunity afforded them to minister to the people within the communities about salvation and the importance of inviting Jesus into their lives. We Care Outreach & Evangelism goes beyond the walls of the church and brings the church to the community and gives every effort to meet the needs of the people by supplying school supplies for the children and food for the hungry.

Pastor Keifer Bradshaw is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, a graduate of James B. Dudley High School where he was drum major. Pastor Bradshaw is a former Marine; served in Desert Storm and was honorably discharged. He is an alumnus of North Carolina A&T State University where he majored in Education. Pastor Keifer Bradshaw received certifications from the University of Louisville in Crime Prevention. He studied many disciplines of mixed martial arts: Ju-Jitsu, Jeet Kwon Do, and Wu-Shu Kung Fu. Pastor Bradshaw is a certified Self-Defense Instructor for R.A.D. Systems (Rape Aggression Defense).

Pastor Bradshaw is not only gifted in teaching the Word of God, but he is also a very accomplished musician and song writer. Pastor Bradshaw has written a variety of Gospel Music, and many of them are sung in the church by the Praise & Worship Team, Simply Ministry. Pastor Bradshaw has performed in an original play written and produced by members of his congregation entitled “Sometimes There’s A Thin Line Between Saints and Sinners” (2007).

Pastor Keifer Bradshaw is very passionate about teaching the unadulterated Word of God. Pastor Keifer Bradshaw believes in educating and empowering people to be more effective in everyday living. He believes that “we are real people with real issues serving a real God”

Elder Nichole Bradshaw, Executive Pastor/First Lady

Elder Nichole Bradshaw was born Lillie Nichole Shelton in Ithaca, NY, but grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina and like her husband is a graduate of James B. Dudley High School. She is an alumnus of Bennett College where she majored in Biology and also an alumnus of North Carolina A&T State University where she majored in Family and Consumer Science Education. Lady Bradshaw received her calling into ministry in 1995, but did not take action until 2001. While her husband, Pastor Bradshaw, was preparing for his ordination, Lady Bradshaw was growing, learning and transforming into a woman that God would use mightily. In 2003 Lady Bradshaw preached her initial sermon and was ordained Elder in 2006 under the tutelage of her husband Pastor Keifer Bradshaw.

Lady Bradshaw is very passionate about making sure people hear the unadulterated truth about the Word of God. Lady Bradshaw is very adamant about educating and empowering women through the Word of God. She strives to teach her sisters in Christ about loving God, loving themselves, and understanding the importance of their roles in ministry and society.

Lady Bradshaw also oversees the arts ministry. She has produced three productions; “Amber Alert; Hope is missing” (2006), “Sometimes There’s A Thin Line Between Saints and Sinners” (2007) and “…Behind the Smile” (2008) which she also wrote. She has not only produced them but also was part of the cast. She enjoys being a part of the arts ministry because she views it as “another opportunity to present the Word of God”. She calls the productions “visual sermons”.

Lady Bradshaw was appointed Executive Pastor in the last quarter of 2008 where she oversees the administration and finances of NewLife Outreach Ministry.

Lady Bradshaw enjoys spending quality family time every chance she is given. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters. Lady Bradshaw believes that “It’s not important where you come from, but what matters most is where God is taking you.”

Elder Jerri Williams, Associate Pastor

Jerri was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Mr. Williams Clemons and the late Mrs. Ima Jean Clemons. She is one of three children. She has a twin sister (Terri) and a younger brother (Maurice).

She was educated in the public schools of Brooklyn, NY and Brent, Alabama. Jerri holds a BS degree from Miles College and a North Carolina Teaching Certificate. She has credits toward her Master of Divinity degree from Hood Theological Seminary.

She is presently enjoying retirement from the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System and working at church wherever she is needed. Jerri Williams was ordained Elder and appointed Associate Pastor in the last quarter of 2008. She oversees the Ministerial Council, Christian Education, and the operations/ministries of NewLife Outreach Ministries. Elder Williams is the president/co-founder of the Whole Village Initiative, Inc.

Jerri is married to Donald Williams. They are the proud parents of four great children, Akimme, Tiffany, Donita, and KeAndre’ and the very proud grandparents of three adorable grandchildren, Brenna, Noelle, and Marley.
